Abstract
This drop-in session is designed to inform how musculoskeletal injuries occur and how they can be prevented – symptoms often creep up on us without much warning. Contributory factors can be through work and/or home activities demanding prolonged and repetitive movements. Work activities posing a risk include computer, laboratory and outdoor work. A selection of ergonomic equipment will be available to view and a selection of cakes available to eat!
