We’re kicking off our Mental Health campaign with our first talk of the year by Maddi Cassell on “Why is there so much stigma about mental illness?”

As the Regional Coordinator for the Time To Change Campaign, Maddi leads mental health charities MIND and Rethink Mental Illness. An ambitious movement, Time To Change aims to end the discrimination faced by people with mental health problems, through grassroots work with organisations, young people and African and Caribbean communities.
