Abstract
One of the ways that we help to create high performing organisations and teams is to facilitate business simulations for clients that are highly interactive, fun, practical and challenging.
A high-performance team can be defined as a group of people with specific roles and complementary talents and skills, aligned with and committed to a common purpose, that consistently show high levels of collaboration, innovation and produce superior results. The high-performance team is regarded as tight-knit, focused on their goal and nothing else. Team members are so devoted to their purpose that they will surmount any barrier to achieve the team’s goals.
The workshop helps to:-
Powerfully demonstrate what constitutes a high performance culture and the profound impact on business results
Highlight the vital importance of each team member
Provide empirical data between a high performance culture and the achievement of outstanding measurable results
Establish action plans to increase performance in their organisation and team
What some previous participants have said:
“The first time I experienced the simulation it was a complete eye-opener and surprise. I could not believe the impact of the activity on team working. The game not only awakened the characteristics of highly effective teams but it demonstrated just what amazing results can be achieved when people work together. One of the most dynamic, energetic and relevant interventions I’ve ever experienced.” Chris Noblet, Ex CEO , Avelo.
“The event is both insightful and fun. Realising Ambition provide a unique, condensed experience of teamwork in action in a format which ensures lasting learning. The outcomes are highly personal and relevant to people across a broad range of organisations. The session is hugely engaging and it was remarkable how participants from different companies got stuck into the session in such a short space of time… and at the end of a long day too!” Harry Bullivant, Chairman, ImechE, (Cambs and Beds Area)
Previous seminar clients include Avello, Mothercare, Pace, Sky, Ladbrokes, BT and Orange.
