Abstract
A lecture & discussion by Provost & Academic Dean of UC Hastings School of Law Elizabeth L. Hillman about the politics & impact of the fight against sexual assault on servicewomen and the law. Provost Hillman specialises in military justice, & in 2013 was appointed to the Response Systems to Adult Sexual Assault Crimes Panel (RSP), an independent panel chartered by the U.S. Congress.
