Abstract
In this seminar, the Co-Editor-In-Chief of Journal of Operations Management, Mikko Ketokivi, will introduce the new departmental structure of the Journal of Operations Management: why was the journal restructured, what is the new structure, how does it work, and what do authors need to know? He will also discuss the new editorial policy, the review process, and manuscript evaluation criteria.
