Abstract
My ongoing PhD project investigates bei (被) passive constructions in the L2 grammars of adult English learners of Chinese, which involves an experiment to test Lardiere’s Feature Reassembly Hypothesis. In this seminar, I will present the experiment design and results of my preliminary test, conducted among 6 native Chinese speakers.
