Abstract
Because you want to extend the language you are using. Or because your theologian/philosopher friend said you are not meta enough. Either way, learn how some languages can be extended, and why you may want to do this.
This talk will cover meta-programming techniques used in C, Common Lisp, Scheme and also relate this to reflection and annotations covered in Further Java.
