Emily studied at Cambridge and SOAS before taking up work as a cycle courier in London. She will be talking about:

- How working as a cycle courier in London was her gateway to ever longer, harder, colder, faster bicycle expeditions - Her bike ride from Wales to Japan in 2011-13 - Her winter Iceland ride and Anchorage-Seattle trip - The Transcontinental Race this summer & her new-found passion for endurance cycling

In addition to all these achievements, she is known for her blogs ‘That Messenger Chick’ and ‘That Emily Chappell’. She has just published her first book, ‘What Goes Around’.
