Herman Narula, CEO of Improbable and a University of Cambridge alumnus, founded a business in a barn a four years ago. How did Herman and his videogame developing team succeed in leveraging resources in the early days and to what extent can social capital (networks and contacts) enable a young company to flourish and succeed beyond all expectation?
