In this Business Briefing Dr David Stillwell, Deputy Director of the Psychometrics Centre and Lecturer in Big Data Analytics at Cambridge Judge Business School, will provide an overview of what makes a good psychometric test, and how to deploy them most effectively in an organisation. He will also explain the difference between tests most appropriate for personal development, versus tests appropriate for high stakes selection.

Finally, David will present some of the latest research on advanced tests that promise to be more accurate, shorter, or more fun to take.

Following the briefing, a networking reception will be held, giving you the chance to meet faculty, alumni and professional guests from around the world.
