I’ll present a plan for future power consumption in a simplified ‘cartoon-Britain’, and five low-carbon plans for providing that power. The plans are intended to be consistent with five political outlooks:
  • ‘Diversity’
  • ‘NIMBY’
  • ‘Libdem’ (no nuclear)
  • ‘Green’
  • ‘Economics’ (the free market chooses the solution)
