Abstract
In the first half of the talk, I will cover the basics of reinforcement learning, and its links with policy and value iteration.
In the second half, I will present applications of this theory to issues in animal learning, presenting theoretical issues about uncertainty, average-case reward and model-based and model-free control as we go.
