Abstract
Former Science Signaling Editor, Nancy R. Gough, Ph.D., will provide insights from her more than 17 years as an editor of a multi-disciplinary journal. She discusses the importance of audience in communicating science effectively, providing examples of different presentations for different audiences. The talk covers how to use social media, the power of press releases, and how to write effective titles and abstracts. With practical writing tips, this talk will help any scientist be a better science communicator.
