For our first talk of Lent term, we are excited to welcome Professor Steven Jones (UCL), a world expert on snail genetics and evolution in fruit flies and humans. Prof Jones is a winner of the Royal Society’s Faraday Prize for excellence in popular science communication, no doubt from the many books on genetics and evolution he has published and the television series on human genetics he wrote and presented.

Come along to hear about his work on ecological genetics and find out why there is so much genetic diversity!
