DESCRIPTION:There are reports of the UK having 4 to 6 million surveillance
  cameras and more and more options are available for domestic uses of CCTV
 s. But how can we process all that data? In this talk\, I will demonstrate
  some basic and traditional techniques that can be used for pedestrian det
 ection and tracking\, followed by how neural networks improve this process
  and how practical our current solutions are.
