DESCRIPTION:Lego® Serious Play™ (LSP) is a powerful group facilitation 
 methodology in which participants are given Lego® bricks and invited to t
 ake part in a series of Lego® building challenges that reflect situations
  going on in their workplace and teams. Through real-life examples and exp
 eriences\, the seminar will explore the benefits of using the LSP methodol
 ogy within a business context\, discuss resistance to experiential learnin
 g tools and techniques within corporate environments\, and address ways in
  which LSP may lead to authentic and insightful conversations within busin
 ess school study groups and managerial teams\, in particular around issues
  of strategy\, leadership\, innovation and change management.\n\n*Dr. All
 ègre L. Hadida* is a tenured University Senior Lecturer in Strategy at th
 e University of Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS)\, a Fellow and Dire
 ctor of Studies at Magdalene College\, and a founding faculty member of th
 e Centre for Film and Screen\, University of Cambridge. She has pioneered 
 teaching and research in Cultural\, Arts and Media Management and on Creat
 ivity in Business at CJBS and on the Cambridge MBA. \n\nHer research inter
 ests focus on strategy in creative\, arts and media organizations\, and on
  creativity in business. Allègre has won numerous awards for her research
 \, including the 2011 Best Paper Prize at AIMAC (International Association
  for Arts and Cultural Management). Allègre teaches strategy\, creativity
  and creative\, arts and media management. She is a certified Lego® Serio
 us Play™ Methodology facilitator\, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. During
  her three years as Director of the University of Cambridge MPhil in Manag
 ement (2013-16)\, she restructured the program and developed it into a fla
 gship course. She has received numerous awards for her teaching\, includin
 g the CJBS Faculty Teaching Prize (2011 and 2013)\, four Cambridge MBA Pro
 fessor of the Year Awards (2005\, 2008\, 2010 and 2013)\, and a University
  of Cambridge Pilkington Prize for Excellence in Teaching (2018). In 2017\
 , her Strategy MBA course was ranked second worldwide by the Financial Tim
 es.\n\n\n
