DESCRIPTION:Chowdhury Kaiser Mohammad Riyadh is an Enlightening Speaker &
an NLP Practitioner. His story of overcoming adversity makes him one of th
e most authentic\, dynamic and inspirational speakers. Riyadh has over 10
years of working experience with Bangladesh Army\, Standard Chartered Bank
& Logistics industry. He held an MBA in Human Resource Management from In
stitute of Business Administration\, Dhaka University. He is a keen learne
r of life and he has stayed a student of personal growth and development t
hrough continued education\, trial and error\, diligent observation and di
sciplined practice.\n\n\nRiyadh’s mission is to help youth define their
own happiness & success for living a life with purpose. With this\, he dre
ams of making positive changes in the world by helping people create more
love\, compassion\, gratitude\, and fulfillment in their lives which will
eventually contribute to a happier & a more peaceful world. In his mission
to continually impact the lives of millions\, he has taken life-changing
session in 40 academic institutions of different countries so far.\n\nIt
’s not taught in the school and yes\, unlike grades\, Happiness can’t
be pursued\; if we can’t master the ability to be happy where we are rig
ht now\, we can’t ever be happy reaching where we want to be. Maybe\, wh
at we want to have is very tiny compared to what we already have. When we
are recalling some past good experiences\, or would be good experiences in
the future\, understand that we are not living well right now. Very often
we mix up happiness with pleasure\, which is so momentary.\n\nWe don’t
have control on the stimulus and most of the situations\, but none can tak
e the ability for us to choose whatever response we like or how we will in
terpret the situation. Everything can be taken away from us except the fre
edom to choose. If we want to self-talk in any situation\, we can look at
it from so many different perspectives\; then why do we talk from the only
perspective that makes us sad? Just being alive beats all the reasons in
being happy\, doesn’t it? Is it that only we are alive? Or we have much
more things to be happy. How many things are happening right in our lives?
But\, we used to the goods and focus on the imperfections. For taking con
trol of our lives\, asking right question & having the right understanding
is very important. Living a life with full of gratitude and mastering the
habit of appreciating before we lose what we already have\, implies the g
ame of life. Health & relationship are the center point for taking any dec
ision about life. Good relationship keeps us happy & healthy\; happiness i
s closely connected to health- this\, we will understand when we will part
ially damage our health running after career. If we understand this today\
, then we will maintain our health.\n\nAll the problems in the world mostl
y because of the wars inside the mind. We focus more on materialistic valu
e/possession and less on mind/inner values\; all basis of pain/pleasure in
mental level. If we start focusing more on the mind\, many of our created
problems will be solved. Everyone wants to be happy. But\, if we have jea
lousy\, hatred\, obsessive desires and if we wish bad for others\, if we h
arm/cheat/exploit others\, how we can be happy? We are surely not looking
at the world the way we want it to look at us. What I do\, it has an impac
t on others\; what society does\, it has an impact on children's thinking.
What one does\, it affects all and what all does\, it leaves an effect on
one. This is the sense of oneness\, that the world needs the most now.\n\
nHappiness has a ripple effect. It’s high time we should have developed
a sense of global responsibility. A simple act of caring\, spirit of forgi
veness\, feeling of compassion or act of gratitude can create endless ripp
les all around us and the world needs many happy people. Let’s love the
people and use the things because the opposite doesn’t work.
