DESCRIPTION:This talk is on a recent work in charactering the relationship
  between energetic material properties and the catastrophic debonding of p
 article/binder interfaces\, with emphasis on the inertial effects in a vis
 coelastic binder. The theoretical analyses are linked to two experimentall
 y observed phenomena: (1) chaotic motion of PBX 9501 during slow heating\,
  and (2) sudden stress drop and localized deformation during compression o
 f a PBX 9501 Brazilian disk.
