DESCRIPTION:We investigate MHD turbulence in spectrally stable plane shear
flows and Keplerian disk flows\, threaded by a non-zero azimuthal/vertica
l net magnetic flux. In order to gain a eeper insight into the underlying
dynamical balances and sustaining mechanism\, we performed a set of numer
ical imulations in the shearing box model and based on the imulation dat
a\, analyzed in detail the turbulence dynamics in Fourier space. We discus
s the application/extension of his approach and results to the MRI-turbul
ence in Keplerian flows with zero net magnetic flux and associated dynamo
 action.
