DESCRIPTION:It is common belief that "Quantum Computing is the future" as 
 they present new and efficient ways of solving computationally-intensive p
 roblems. Promises of RSA-breaking complexity-theoretic speedups incite int
 erest in the industry. However\, the world has not yet fallen into quantum
  madness in the same way that the we see industrial obsessions with HPC an
 d AI. So what's the hold-up? This talk will give a basic intuition for the
  advantages of Quantum Computing (no maths!!!) as well as a discussion on 
 the limitations of current devices and how(/if) we are dealing with them.
