DESCRIPTION:I describe a new conception of secure money tokens\nrelevant f
 or networks on which there are trusted relativistic\n(or other) signalling
  constraints.   I show how these tokens\nhave many of the security and fle
 xibility advantages of\nquantum money\, and can also implement some tasks 
 that\nquantum money cannot\, without requiring long term\nquantum state st
 orage.   I also discuss some potential\ndrawbacks and difficulties.
