DESCRIPTION:This course consists of a mix of lectures and practical experi
 ence in accessing proteomics resources. An overview of each of the databas
 es will introduce participants to the types of data\, the way the data are
  stored and the connection between databases. Subsequently database-specif
 ic lectures will address the programmatic accessibility of the data and da
 ta integration between resources. This new knowledge will then be applied 
 in hands-on tutorials.
