DESCRIPTION:In her seminal 2008 paper\, Maryam Mirzakhani used the Weil--P
 etersson volume of Moduli space to show that the probability that a random
  simple closed curve on a surface is separating is a rational number. We w
 ill talk through the process of obtaining experimental evidence that this 
 probability is 1/49 for the surface of genus two. This work was supported
