DESCRIPTION:Neural networks have helped achieve the previously-thought imp
 ossible over the past decade or so. It is still a mystery to most how they
  work or why the results are so good. Yet\, even these hand-crafted magic 
 black-boxes are seemingly reaching the peak of their potential. At least w
 hile humans are the ones designing them.\n\nThe talk introduces some base 
 concepts of neural networks\, describes limitations of human design and th
 en goes into detail about techniques that allow machines to efficiently de
 sign other machines.
