 aturday the 9th of November\, Ajahn Gavesako will be visiting Cambridge to
  lead a talk and meditation session. \n\nThe topic of the session is “Bu
 ddhist way of life and contentment with limited resources”. Ajahn Gavesa
 ko will discuss how we can use Buddhist teachings to achieve happiness whi
 le protecting the environment around us. He will also talk about investiga
 ting one's own mind to live more skilfully\, and give an introduction to t
 he monastic lifestyle of Buddhist monks\, which is based on renunciation a
 nd in harmony with the environment.\n\nAjahn Gavesako is a senior Buddhist
  monk and an excellent teacher from Chithurst Buddhist Monastery\, which i
 s one of the major Western monasteries in the Thai forest tradition.\nThis
  will be an excellent chance to learn from an experienced forest monk and 
 also ask any questions you may have about Buddhism\, meditation and life i
 n general.\n\nThis event is free and open to all. We hope to see many of y
