DESCRIPTION:The Cambridge Bahá'í community has organised a series of tal
 ks and discussions on several core principles and teachings of the Bahá'
 í Faith\, entitled "Principles for a Better World".\n\nTalks will take pl
 ace on Wednesdays from 8-9:30pm from mid-January to mid-April on the 1st a
 nd 3rd Wednesday of each month. All talks are free and open to all\, and l
 ight refreshments will be served.\n\nThe title of this talk is * "Consulta
 tion: A consensus-based approach to decision-making" *.\n\nGetting a group
  of people together in a room and asking them to come up with a solution t
 hat they all agree with can be challenging. This is nowhere more apparent 
 than in the political arena. The Bahá'í teachings promote a different ap
 proach to decision-making\, called consultation\, which is based on underl
 ying spiritual principles. In this talk\, we will describe how consultatio
 n works and how you can use it in your daily life.\n\n_ "The well-being of
