DESCRIPTION:I discuss how complex analysis and unitarity-cuts can be emplo
 yed for computing one-loop scattering amplitude very efficiently. The use 
 of spinor-variables and Cauchy residue theorem are suitable for the analyt
 ic integration of multiple-cuts\; whereas the Discrete Fourier Transform o
 ptimizes the integrand-reduction\, in semi-numerical calculations.
