 pen source software has been a phenomenal movement\, but in the past decad
 e open principles have been expanded to encompass may parts of society and
  are rapidly becoming part or our daily lives. From architecture\, science
 \, health care\, education and even to politics\, openness is being embrac
 ed by many organisations and topical areas.\n\nSo\, what sort of future th
 is will be\, how far will the open culture will penetrate into society and
  can we really open source everything? Attempting to answer these question
 s\, and giving an overview of some of the areas impacted by the open philo
 sophy are:\n\n- Professor Peter Murray Rust (University of Cambridge)\n\n-
  Professor David Leahy (Newcastle University)\n\n- Mr Mike Robinson (Open 
 Initiative Group\, Deloitte & Touche LLP)\n\n- Mr Tom Steinberg (Founder o
 f mysociety.org)\n\nThe panel will be chaired by technology journalist and
  open source blogger Glyn Moody. Following a short presentation from each 
 speaker\, the floor will be open to you so we invite you to express your q
