DESCRIPTION:Let X be a smooth projective complex variety.&nbsp\; We prove 
 the comparison between the Gromov-Witten invariants of X with their K-theo
 retic variants defined by Givental and Lee.&nbsp\; The key ingredient is a
  virtual Grothendieck-Riemann-Roch formula on the moduli stack of stable m
 aps\, which is used to compare Kontsevich&rsquo\;s virtual fundamental cla
