DESCRIPTION:This talk will cover my work in the areas of visual search beh
 aviour analysis by using eye tracking and computational modelling of atten
 tion selection for computer vision. A signal-detection method that integra
 tes feature space analysis into eye tracking data analysis will be present
 ed. A computational framework for modelling visual feature selection and s
 patial location selection in attention deployment will also be discussed. 
 The practical values of the methods will be demonstrated through their app
 lications in computer vision and radiology. \n
