DESCRIPTION:Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer related deaths worl
 dwide. Understanding how tumors evolve and why they metastasize is one key
  question. By integrating genomic data and path signatures we hope to gain
  a better understanding of tumor evolution which can help inform future tr
 eatment strategies. In this talk we will explain how the signature kernel 
 can be used to make decisions in presence of evolving trees of genetic mut
 ations originating from lung-tumoral masses.&nbsp\;
