 them?\n\nThis webinar from the University of Cambridge will look at three 
 alternative proteins: algae\, sea-food and pulses\, and ask\,\n\n• How m
 uch more environmentally friendly are they than animal proteins?\n• Do p
 eople enjoy eating them?\n• Do they contain enough protein to meet our d
