DESCRIPTION:We consider the fractional ordinary differential equations and
  the fractional Euler-Poisson-Darboux equation with the fractional power o
 f the Bessel differential operator. Using the technique of the Meijer inte
 gral transform and its modification\, fundamental solutions to&nbsp\; thes
 e equations are derived in terms of the Fox-Wright function\, the Fox H-fu
 nction\, and their particular cases. We also provide some explicit formula
 s for the solutions to the corresponding initial-value problems in terms o
 f the generalized convolutions introduced in this paper.
