DESCRIPTION:Starting from a random walk model we add intermittency to prob
abilistically derive three equivalent governing equations for the location
of the drunken sailor. Using the Conservation of Mass Equation we pick a
winner and extend the model to&nbsp\; non-autonomous systems with forcing
(deterministic plus noise).&nbsp\; After carefully adding reaction terms t
he full non-linear system of equations emerges.
