DESCRIPTION:Negative K-theory has a long history\, with much work over the
decades. We will mostly focus on a new angle\, coming from a 2019 article
by Antieau\, Gepner and Heller: the main theorem showed that the nonvanis
hing of negative K-theory is an obstruction to the existence of bounded t-
structures satisfying some noetherianity conditions.\n&nbsp\;\nThis fascin
ating 2019 article made a few conjectures\, some of which have been resolv
ed by now. We will review this\, as well as outline problems that remain o
 pen.
