DESCRIPTION:We introduce variants of relative entropy of entanglement base
 d on the optimal distinguishability from unentangled states by means of re
 stricted measurements. In this way\, we are able to prove that the standar
 d regularized entropy of entanglement is strictly positive for all multipa
 rtite entangled states. In particular\, this implies that the asymptotic c
 reation of a multipartite entangled state by means of local operations and
  classical communication always require the consumption of a non-local res
 ource at a strictly positive rate.\n
