DESCRIPTION:For a finite abelian p-group&nbsp\;A and a subgroup G in Aut(A
 )\, we say that the pair (G\,A) is realized by a saturated fusion system F
  over a finite p-group S>A if C_S(A)=A\, A is not normal in F\, and AutF(A
 )=G. In this talk\, I will describe some results classifying all saturated
  fusion systems realizing certain pairs (G\,A)\, as well as some showing t
 hat certain other pairs cannot be realized.
