DESCRIPTION:In 2003\, Jan\, together with Rodgers\, published a beautiful 
 result that gave a sufficient condition for a set of conjugacy classes of 
 $SL_n(q)$ to have product equal to $SL_n(q)$. This result inspired Pyber\,
  Szabo and myself to try and prove a variant of the Rodgers-Saxl result th
 at applied to all groups of Lie type. I will describe this work.
