DESCRIPTION:2-dimensional Yang-Mills theory turns out to be an exciting pl
ayground for exploring resurgence and Picard-Lefschetz theory in QFT. We w
ill focus on applying these methods to the partition function of the theor
y with gauge groups SU(N) and U(N). Upon applying a particular deformation
to the theory\, we will be able to explore how phenomena such as hidden t
opological angles and Cheshire cat resurgence affect the resurgence and Pi
 card-Lefschetz structures in the theory.
