DESCRIPTION:I'll be talking about my work of the past couple of months on 
 doing real time iris tracking using a webcam. My goals were\n\n* to do Bay
 esian feature tracking that produces posteriors over feature locations rat
 her than point estimates\; and\n* to do this with the limited computationa
 l resources one has when tracking in real time (roughly 40ms per frame).\n
 \nThis will be an informal discussion of a work in progress. Please bring 
 along questions\, ideas and wear your critical hats. I'll be bringing exam
