DESCRIPTION:The Pfaff lattice represents the integrable discrete structure
  associated with the deformation of random symmetric matrix ensembles. We 
 study the case for which the weight function in the joint probability dens
 ity function is even\, with focus on the thermodynamic limit of the field 
 variables populating the lattice. At the leading order a system of infinit
 ely many PDEs emerges\, that can be recast in the form of a new integrable
  hydrodynamic chain.&nbsp\;
