DESCRIPTION:Learner corpora are of great interest to have better understan
 ding of\nthe acquisition/learning process. They are also interesting for\n
 people working on corpus design and corpus annotation. Due to the\nspecifi
 city of the data\, questions concerning the differences between\ntranscrib
 ing and annotating\, in particular in terms of interpretation\,\nget more 
 acute in the case of learner corpora. In this talk\, we will\nfocus on the
  problems that have to be faced when transcribing or\nannotating learner's
  productions (and more precisely oral production)\nThis will be done by lo
 oking at several examples taken from the\nlearner corpora being developed 
 at the University of Rennes 2 and at\nthe University Paris-Diderot.
