 ds&nbsp\;of&nbsp\;noisyprojection&nbsp\;images.&nbsp\;Since&nbsp\;these&nb
 sp\;macromolecules&nbsp\;are&nbsp\;flexible&nbsp\;by&nbsp\;nature\,the&nbs
 p\;areas&nbsp\;shows&nbsp\;lower&nbsp\;resolution&nbsp\;and&nbsp\;gives&nb
 sp\;a&nbsp\;blurry&nbsp\;reconstruction.&nbsp\;Wepropose&nbsp\;a&nbsp\;nov
 el&nbsp\;method&nbsp\;incorporated&nbsp\;in&nbsp\;a&nbsp\;software&nbsp\;p
 ackage&nbsp\;nameddynamight\,&nbsp\;that&nbsp\;represents&nbsp\;the&nbsp\;
 molecule&nbsp\;with&nbsp\;gaussian&nbsp\;basis&nbsp\;functionsand&nbsp\;es
 timates&nbsp\;deformation&nbsp\;fields&nbsp\;for&nbsp\;every&nbsp\;experim
 ental&nbsp\;image&nbsp\;by&nbsp\;avariational&nbsp\;autoencoder.&nbsp\;We&
 nbsp\;further&nbsp\;use&nbsp\;the&nbsp\;estimated&nbsp\;deformations&nbsp\
 ;tobetter&nbsp\;resolve&nbsp\;the&nbsp\;flexible&nbsp\;regions&nbsp\;in&nb
 sp\;the&nbsp\;reconstruction&nbsp\;using&nbsp\;afiltered&nbsp\;backproject
 ion&nbsp\;algorithm&nbsp\;along&nbsp\;curved&nbsp\;lines.&nbsp\;We&nbsp\;p
 resentresultson&nbsp\;real&nbsp\;data&nbsp\;showing&nbsp\;that&nbsp\;we&nb
 sp\;obtain&nbsp\;improved&nbsp\;3D&nbsp\;reconstruction.
