DESCRIPTION:Black holes in string theory provide a rich setting for&nbsp\;
 studying aspects of quantum gravity. I will discuss in this talk twoaspect
 s for D4-brane black holes in N=2 supergravity\, namely:1) TTbar deformed 
 conformal field theory as an effective&nbsp\;2-dimensional description awa
 y from the decoupling limit (in collaboration with S. Mondal)\,&nbsp\;2) d
 ecay channels for non-supersymmetric black holes\, motivated by theweak gr
 avity conjecture (in collaboration with J. Aspman).
