DESCRIPTION:Calabi-Yau links provide a real 7-dimensional extension of com
 plex Calabi-Yau 3-folds\, with natural Sasakian and G2-structures. In this
  work a large database of Calabi-Yau links are constructed\, and relevant 
 topological invariants computed. Analysis of the invariant distributions s
 uggest new conjectures about Calabi-Yau links\, motivating investigation w
 ith machine learning techniques to predict these invariants\, uncovering n
 ew mathematical structure bypassing expensive Groebner basis computations.
