DESCRIPTION:Active Brownian Particles undergo Motility Induced Phase Separ
ation\, a mechanism whereby they form dense clusters under sufficiently st
rong energy injection\, clusters which grow until the compact phase occupi
es a finite portion of the sample. I will describe this process and show t
hat standard Oswald ripening combines with aggregation/fragmentation. This
entails a rather complex dynamics with clusters undergoing enhanced diffu
sion\, leading to a non-trivial distribution and geometry of clusters duri
ng growth\, and some other peculiar properties which I will discuss.
