 d discussion session held on Thursday mornings at Inner Space. Join like-m
 inded individuals in exploring practical subjects from a fresh and spiritu
 al perspective in a friendly and tranquil atmosphere. The session runs fro
 m 12 noon to 12:30 pm\, and is followed by a lunchtime meditation from 12:
 30 pm to 1 pm. Everyone is welcome to attend\, and there is no need to boo
 k in advance. Come and deepen your spiritual practice in a supportive like
  minded community.
