DESCRIPTION:We consider the low-temperature hydrodynamics of classical spi
 n chains such as the XXZ model and the rotor model. In the XXZ chain\, apa
 rt from energy and z-magnetization\, an extra almost-conserved field emerg
 es at low temperatures. This leads to anomalous transport properties inclu
 ding KPZ scaling of dynamical correlations. The rotor model shows the same
  phenomenology. These results will be discussed within the framework of fl
 uctuating hydrodynamics.
