DESCRIPTION:I will introduce a new\, minimax formulation of the HRT hologr
 aphic entanglement entropy formula\, and use it to explore aspects of holo
 graphic entanglement. This formulation will imply a new decomposition of t
 he bulk spacetime which may be helpful in covariantizing both the holograp
 hic entropy cone and tensor network models of holography. (Joint work with
