 es the intersection of technology and work as a Senior Principal Researche
 r in human-computer interaction. He works in the Collaborative Intelligenc
 e theme at Microsoft Research Cambridge UK. With a background in sociology
  and communication technology\, he is currently exploring blended reality 
 for effective and workflows to improve remote and hybrid telepresence. Act
 ive in the HCI and tech research community\, he serves as an AC for CHI an
 d CSCW\, organizes workshops\, and reviews for conferences and journals. H
 e has also been a part of multiple winning projects in Microsoft Hackathon
 s and has filed and been granted multiple patents.
